What are credits?
Credits are prepaid usage units that activate paid StageTimer Live plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum). They are not money, not a deposit, and they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged outside StageTimer Live.
Why do you use credits?
Credits are part of a pay-as-you-go model. This means:
- No big upfront contracts
- You buy what you need
- Your organization controls usage per event
Do credits expire?
Credits and entitlements may be subject to plan rules and validation windows. If you have questions about your organization's configuration, contact support.
Can I get a refund for credits?
In general: no. Credits are non-refundable, whether they are unused or consumed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Why?
- Payment providers charge processing fees
- Infrastructure and operational costs exist immediately (hosting, delivery, security, support)
- The model is designed so you do not need to buy large amounts upfront
What if I bought "too many" credits?
We recommend purchasing smaller amounts more frequently. Credits are designed for pay-as-you-go usage, not for storing large balances.
What if something did not work during my event?
Please contact support with:
- your organization name or orgId
- eventId
- the approximate time window
- screenshots/logs if available
We can review system logs and entitlement/usage data to investigate.
What about chargebacks?
If a payment is reversed (chargeback), access may be suspended and any credits associated with the reversed payment may be removed.
